This Privacy Policy applies to the Zenii mobile application, hereby referred to as the "Application," "App," or "Zenii," created by Shanta Devi, hereby referred to as the "Service Provider."

Zenii is an AI-powered video generation app that lets users transform photos into videos, generate videos from text prompts, and more.

This service is provided as an "AS IS" service.

Information We Collect

User-Provided Content

Zenii uses Fal.ai, a third-party AI service, to process the text prompts and photos you provide and generate AI videos. Uploaded photos may include faces; however, the app does not collect, extract, analyze, or store facial biometric data. We do not perform facial recognition or attempt to identify individuals.

Content Processing

User-provided text prompts, uploaded photos, and related instructions are transmitted securely to Fal.ai solely for generating the requested AI videos. This content is processed temporarily and is not used for any other purpose.

Face Data Handling

Zenii may process photos uploaded by users that contain human faces. This section explains how face data is handled.

Collection of Face Data

We do not specifically collect, detect, or identify face data as a separate category of information. However, photos provided by users may naturally include faces as part of the content.

Use of Face Data

Any photo that may contain a face is processed solely to provide the app's core features, such as transforming photos into AI-generated videos. This processing is performed using a third-party AI service, Fal.ai. We do not perform facial recognition, face tracking, or any form of biometric identification. We do not identify individuals or create user profiles based on facial features.

Sharing of Face Data

To provide our services, uploaded photos are securely transmitted to the third-party AI processing provider (Fal.ai). This data is used only for generating the requested video results and is not shared with other third parties for advertising or unrelated purposes.

Storage and Retention

Uploaded photos, including those that may contain faces, are processed temporarily for AI video generation and result delivery.

Zenii does not maintain a facial recognition database or retain facial biometric profiles. Content processed by Fal.ai is subject to its applicable retention and deletion practices.

User Consent

Before transmitting user-provided photos or text prompts to Fal.ai, Zenii displays an AI Processing & Privacy Disclosure explaining what information is shared, with whom, and why.

Users must tap “Agree & Continue” before their content is sent for AI processing. If users decline, their content is not transmitted to Fal.ai.

Security

We take reasonable measures to ensure that uploaded photos and related information are transmitted securely and handled in accordance with applicable privacy standards.

Third-Party AI Processing

To generate AI videos, user-provided text prompts, uploaded photos, and related instructions are securely sent to and processed by Fal.ai.

The information is used to generate the requested AI video content. Any retention by Fal.ai is subject to its applicable policies and service arrangements.

Zenii does not intentionally collect biometric identifiers, perform facial recognition, or create personally identifiable facial profiles.

Data Retention

We do not retain user-provided text prompts or uploaded photos for AI processing beyond what is necessary to generate and deliver the requested results.

Generated videos, creation history, and saved favorites may remain available within the Application so users can revisit, download, or share their content.

Content processed by Fal.ai is subject to its applicable retention and deletion practices.

Automatically Collected Information

The Application may automatically collect limited technical information, including:

  • App version

  • Crash logs

  • Basic analytics data

This information is used only to improve app performance, stability, and reliability.

How We Use Information

Collected information may be used only to:

  • Generate AI videos from uploaded photos and text prompts

  • Create AI videos using ASMR video templates

  • Display previously generated videos in creation history

  • Save and manage favorite videos

  • Enable video downloads and sharing

  • Detect and fix crashes or technical issues

  • Analyze general usage trends through aggregated or anonymized data

The Service Provider does not sell, rent, or share user content or personal data for advertising or unrelated purposes.

Third-Party Services

The Application may use third-party services for AI processing, analytics, subscriptions, or crash reporting. These services may include:

  • Firebase Analytics

  • Firebase Crashlytics

  • Apple In-App Purchase

User Consent

Content is uploaded and processed only after explicit user action and consent.

Before sending user-provided photos or text prompts to Fal.ai, Zenii requests permission through its AI Processing & Privacy Disclosure.

By tapping “Agree & Continue”, users consent to the processing of their content for generating the requested AI videos.

Users who decline will not have their content sent to Fal.ai for AI processing.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop using the Application and its AI video generation features at any time.

You may also stop further AI processing by declining consent or discontinuing use of AI-powered features.

Uninstalling the Application removes locally stored app data, subject to device backup settings, but does not necessarily delete information previously processed by third-party providers.

Children's Policy

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age.

If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, appropriate steps will be taken to delete it.

Security of Data

The Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards to protect user information during transmission and processing.

Users are advised to review this page regularly for any updates. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy where permitted by applicable law.

Where required, Zenii requests separate consent before transmitting user-provided content to third-party AI services.
